Once you’re logged into the Wellthy platform, you can message your Care Coordinator directly from your dashboard. They’ll respond promptly to help you manage your care tasks and questions.

For Backup Care assistance, log into the Wellthy platform to request care or message our Backup Care Specialist team. For immediate questions, you can also call (518) 243-8025.

What if I need urgent support outside Wellthy business hours?

If you have an urgent care need after hours, you can still submit a request through the Wellthy platform. A Care Coordinator will follow up as soon as possible. For true emergencies, please contact 911 or local emergency services.

Can I change or update my caregiving profile on the Wellthy platform?

Yes. You can update your care profile anytime by logging into the Wellthy platform and editing your information. This helps your Care Coordinator tailor support to your current needs.
